Keyboard courage is everywhere you look in sports coverage online. From comments sections to message boards and — most visibly — social media, fans everywhere seem to want to troll professional athletes with insults that they’d probably be a lot less likely to mutter in person. Pick & Troll is a brand new show that pits these keyboard crusaders against the pro athletes that are the subject of their scorn in some friendly(ish) games of 1-on-1.

Snapchat is known for a young, enthusiastic demographic. In branded partnership with Snap, we wanted to create a brand that match the same aesthetic using vibrant colors and quirky traits through the animation. Creating styles that resembled a basketball whiteboard added some elements to really elevate and delight the brand.

For the deliverables list, we created a wide range of visual screens that would help keep the user involved and informed. Integrating agnostic branding helped give us freedom for a wide range of viewports and print. We created a story spot that would live on Snapchats story - See below for full 60sec spot.
